Return policy


I want you to be 100% satisfy with your order, if you are not happy with the merchandise received, returns will be accepted within 14 days of the day received. Refunds will be honored, if items fall within the return policy. Credit will be refunded to original form of tender.

To qualify for a return:
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
ALL tags must still be attached.

Possible reasons for a denied return:
Product found damaged and used, includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc. Returns will be denied if tags are removed as well. Simply me by Grace owns the right to deny any return.

Timeline for returns:
14 days from the date it was received.

SMBG is not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling.

Defective merchandise:
SMBG puts great effort in always providing quality merchandise that is in good standing. Prior to shipping out an order, clothing is inspected a second time (first inspection happens when good are received from the vendor) to make sure it is in perfect condition when shipment is received by our customer.

Therefore, if you have received an item(s) with any problems or defects, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to info@simplymebygrace.com with the damage/defect item.

Refunds:
After a refund is accepted and processed, you will receive an email notification with the refund information. Please note: customer is responsible for return shipping
